Hotel Restaurant & Spa Le Meez

The rooms were a highlight, with wonderfully comfortable beds and thoughtful decor throughout. We spent a week driving through the Pyrenees and across Spain and France, and this was easily the best hotel we found. Andrè and the team were so friendly and helpful, and the hotel has a lovely, understated decadence. The restaurant and food were top drawer, too. It's about a ten-minute walk from the historic walled city. If you're anywhere near Carcassonne, it's worth making the detour. Thank you, Andrè, for making our holiday.

There was plenty of secure parking for our motorbikes, and the rooms were modern, spotless, and had coffee-making facilities. Andre looked after us so well. Everything went smoothly from check-in through to checkout. It's a 15-minute walk into the city. We'd recommend it.

The manager runs things very professionally, and everything seemed to go smoothly. Our bedroom was comfortable, with a lovely view over the pool. The decor caught our eye straight away, modern with bright touches of colour. We didn't eat at the restaurant, though we wish we had because it looked appealing. A real gem of a place.

Dinner was delicious, and the receptionist was both friendly and helpful. The rooms had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only small downside was the noisy A/C. I travel with earplugs, though, so it didn't bother me.
