A decent budget stop for business or two or three nights, but not somewhere I'd choose for a holiday. The rooms are small, though spotlessly clean, and the bed is a reasonable size with a good firm mattress. The location isn't signposted very well, but it's easy enough to find. The grounds were clean, and we didn't hear traffic from the nearby main road. You can get breakfast there, but you'll need to go out for dinner. There are at least six restaurants within a 15-minute walk. Dogs can stay in rooms for €6, but aren't allowed in the breakfast room. The woman at reception on the evening of 7th Oct was lovely and friendly. The shower room is small but functional. Our air conditioning blew hot air when set to maximum cooling.

It's a typical motel, and for a cheap overnight stay with easy airport access, it worked fine. The automatic check-in was pretty self-explanatory. Despite the negative comments, the room fit two people. The toilets are very tiny for taking a shower, and breakfast was just okay.

We couldn't get in at 10pm because nobody was at reception and the gate code we'd been given didn't work. Another guest luckily let us into our storage unit/room. It was clean and functional once we got inside. By 9:30 the next morning, almost everything at breakfast was gone. There was only a slice of unpleasant sweet bread and some orange juice, and I couldn't get milk for my daughter's cereal. The surly woman at reception told me to use hot milk from the coffee machine, then began clearing up around me. She had no customer service skills.

We entered the wrong dates when booking online and immediately tried to change them. Even though there was availability, they gave us no option to switch the dates. We decided to stay somewhere else and lost our money because they wouldn't make the change.

The automated check-in took the taxe de sejour payment, but then failed to print a room key. Nobody answered the door, so I had to find another hotel. I sent a photo of the error, but the hotel still refused a refund. Avoid Premiere Classe and its sister hotels Campanile and Kyriad. Try Ibis Budget and F1 instead.
