Breakfast was well organized, and the room had everything we needed, even shaving cream. The furnishings were clean, and the location is excellent, close to both the town center and the castle. The bathroom and ventilation could use a bit more cleaning, though it’s a minor issue. There’s no parking right outside, but the sports center car park works well. Very good, highly recommended.

The location is great if you’re a sand... The pillows are old and stained, the bedding smells musty, and there are sweat marks on the pillowcases. There’s no air conditioning or ventilation. Opening the living room window means the neighbor can see inside. And if you do find parking, you just have to hope a car doesn’t hit you.

It’s a cozy, lovely base for exploring Carcassonne and its ramparts. The welcome and service were excellent, and everything has been arranged to make for an enjoyable stay.
