The birdsong in the morning made our peaceful weekend even nicer. The cabin was spotless and warm, and breakfast was generous. The owner made us feel very welcome. We’ll definitely be back.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the treehouse was impeccably clean. We had a lovely, restful stay at Carbet des Chouettes, with a friendly host who was attentive and welcoming. We’d recommend this special place for a relaxing break in nature near Bordeaux.

Breakfast was generous, hearty, and nicely balanced. The welcome was warm and calm, too, thank you for a lovely stay! The cabin felt like a cozy cocoon while still being close to nature, with birdsong and a little stream around it. It was charming, clean, and well kept, with a well-equipped kitchenette, a large comfy bed, and a big duvet. If you want peace and quiet, this is the place. Highly recommend it!

Le Carbet is such a lovely, unusual place, set above a pond. The owner was very welcoming, and it had all the comforts we needed for a great stay. It’s the only treehouse we’ve tried, and we’re already looking forward to coming back.
