Whenever I come to Sarlat, I usually stay at Abbys hotel, and the service is always great. The breakfast is delicious, and the rooms are kept very clean and in good shape. It's simple and affordable rather than a luxury hotel, but I highly recommend it.

The rooms were a little small, but comfortable, and the price was great. I liked being just outside the tourist area. Since I had a rental car, getting around was easy, though there were lots of buses on the main road. I'd stay here again.

The hosts were so attentive, and breakfast was great, with good coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. We stayed four days in lovely rooms with a really comfortable bed, and even found an Apple TV in every room, a fun surprise. Sarlat and this part of France are beautiful, and the people are lovely and friendly. The heat was stifling while we were there, but I'd love to return when the temperatures are more normal.
