One night just wasn’t enough. The owners were delightful and full of useful information, and breakfast was absolutely delicious. The house, rooms, and setting are unbelievably beautiful, with everything you could need provided. Robes, slippers, eye masks, and ear plugs were a lovely touch. We also loved the pool and the summer breakfast room beside it. A real gem.

I had a really disappointing experience with the volunteer/work exchange program. The expectations weren’t clear, and the hosts spoke to me unprofessionally, with raised voices and disrespectful communication. Don’t come!!!

The countryside here is calm and tranquil, and the location makes it easy to visit Bergerac (30min), Agen (40min), Bordeaux (2h) and Toulose (2h). Bed & Breakfast En Bord de Riviere feels like a little piece of paradise in the south of France, with 18th-century architecture that looks like a chateau. Our hosts were outgoing, and the rooms were very comfortable. Outside there’s a big swimming pool and a kitchen where you can make a barbecue and have drinks. 10/10 B&B in southern France!
