2/10
The service was terrible, which is a shame because the rooms are good. The hotel is run by one person who checks guests in, hoovers, runs the bar, and arranges breakfast. Asking him for something as simple as a drink seems like a big inconvenience. I'd look elsewhere for somewhere to stay. The hotel is fairly new and nicely located right next to the lake. The rooms are modern and clean, with a good bathroom. Free Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available, and both work well.

A clean, modern, warm, and comfortable place with good service. It's right above a beautiful lake, with chalets where you can relax. Thanks for a nice stay.

The hotel is really quiet, and I had a lovely holiday in Casteljaloux. I loved it so much.
