The main appeal is the location, right in the heart of town, so it's a good choice for a night. It's a proper French hotel where everything works and is fine, though the look of the place doesn't win any prizes. Bikes can be stored inside. The rooms are noisy, but it wasn't enough to bother us. We had a classic burger and ice cream for dinner at the hotel, and both were really good.

We visited at the end of September, off season, when it can be extremely cold compared with the south of the country. The hotel had a nice country feel, the location was great, and the staff were great too.

We enjoyed the food here, which was great and reasonably priced, and the buffet breakfast was good value along with the accommodation. The staff were all so friendly, and the whole family business felt very welcoming. English was spoken by everyone on staff. Thanks, Marie and Thibault, for making our stay so enjoyable. We liked it enough to add an extra night. Our room was comfortable, with a recently renovated, clean bathroom and a great shower. The mirror had a magnifying section for makeup, and the bed was comfortable too. From the room we could see the town square and the church on the rock, a magnificent view. There's plenty to do and see in town, including the walk to the church on the rock.

The French-style design made the hotel feel lovely and cozy. Its location was great, and the staff were lovely too!

The cleaners were friendly, but the other staff came across as rude and unhelpful. I didn't eat at the hotel, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby.
