The room could have been more comfortable if it had a kettle, a bottle of water, and better or more bathroom amenities. I know there’s a 24-hour snack service, but having those things in the room would be easier. I’d have given more stars if they’d been readily available. The staff were really kind and helpful, though, and my two stars aren’t a criticism of them.

The reception was rude this time, which was a letdown after years of friendly service here and at other hotels. We had stopped to use the supercharger, but had to ask just to use the toilet, and weren’t allowed to wait in the lobby or get a coffee or tea. Good service sticks with you when you need somewhere to sleep. Update: Their response to negative reviews makes it seem like they want to discredit people, and it just shows how they treat potential customers. They’re willing to be dishonest to make a point. Go to a proper hotel with good service and friendly staff.

Paid 7 euros for a 'Sprite' lemonade bottle and a takeaway coffee. Even Starbucks doesn’t seem that expensive. I didn’t use the toilet or any other part of the hotel.

We’ll definitely come back. The reception was friendly, the lavatories were clean, and the coffee was good. They also had fresh croissants. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, including Gusto (Pizza etc) right next door. We’ve visited before, and there’s a new non-Tesla EV charger for Type 2 and Schuko cables.
