The pool area is lovely, and I liked the small-town feel and the air conditioning. The location is nice too. But the studio didn’t meet our expectations. When we arrived to make sandwiches, we found dirty plates and cups put away in the cupboard. The kitchen was not clean, and we spent part of our first day washing everything. It all felt sticky, and the sponge left by the cleaning staff was so worn out that we bought a new one. The shower entrance is very narrow, so the bathroom wouldn’t work for someone who is pregnant or on the larger side. We managed, but I’d hate for someone to book and find they can’t shower. This could be a great place to stay with more attention to cleaning and an updated bathroom.

Good value if you’re in the Montpellier area. The rooms are quiet, with a terrace, and the location is peaceful, near a park, a river, and the old village centre. Stop by the Tabac for morning croissants, and have a look at the Roman-style church dating from the 12th-13th century.

I chose this place because I had an appointment for my back and wanted to be near the CCV (Centre de Commerce et de Valorisation). Gregory was friendly, and I don’t regret staying, since it’s close to the clinic and a little square with very nice restaurants. The main drawback for me was the very high stairs, which were difficult to climb. The exterior could also really use some renovation.
