We had a leak beneath the refrigerator and reported it at reception every day, but nothing changed. At one point they shut off the cold water instead of repairing it, so we could only wash dishes with hot water. Water had spread beneath the fridge, with the cooktop directly above it, which made us worry about electrocution. We had to cook with water pooled around us and mop it up every 15 minutes. The staff were negligent and did not respond quickly to the repair issue. The room and building were in poor shape: worn, misshapen mattresses, outdated furniture, and a sofa bed sloping to one side. The bathtub was in bad condition, the old radiator paint was peeling, and tiles were broken. The stairs at the end of the building looked as though they had never been cleaned. Despite all this, the resort required a €300 security deposit on arrival. This place absolutely does not deserve to be listed as a three-star establishment.
