We had a leak beneath the refrigerator and reported it at reception every day, but nothing changed. At one point they shut off the cold water instead of repairing it, so we could only wash dishes with hot water. Water had spread beneath the fridge, with the cooktop directly above it, which made us worry about electrocution. We had to cook with water pooled around us and mop it up every 15 minutes. The staff were negligent and did not respond quickly to the repair issue. The room and building were in poor shape: worn, misshapen mattresses, outdated furniture, and a sofa bed sloping to one side. The bathtub was in bad condition, the old radiator paint was peeling, and tiles were broken. The stairs at the end of the building looked as though they had never been cleaned. Despite all this, the resort required a €300 security deposit on arrival. This place absolutely does not deserve to be listed as a three-star establishment.

The apartment was clean, though it didn’t feel very cosy, and the beds weren’t especially comfortable. The welcome was warm, and the staff were friendly.

There’s no restaurant or bar, and very few facilities on site. The pool was small and cold, parking was inadequate, and the hill up to the complex is very steep. It’s a bit far from the ski lift, and the staff were quite rude when we left. The accommodation itself was decent enough.

The apartments are good value and surprisingly quiet at night, even with so many units. The staff are friendly, and there’s a heated pool. It’s about a 10 minute walk to both the ski lift and town centre. I’d recommend it.

Getting there in your own car was really hard, and it’s a little far from the centre on foot. The bed was very uncomfortable, and staff weren’t always available when we needed them. The vacation apartments themselves are nice.
