6/10
The staff were friendly and the location was very good, but the rooms weren’t. After first being put in a room that was under renovation, we slept in their ‘best’ room. It was spacious, but the beds were uncomfortable and the mattresses small. The shower was loose and took a long time to heat up.

We slept terribly. The bed was rock hard, the pillows were awful, and our window faced the street, so passersby woke us early. The room was dirty, smelly, and ugly, and the decor was dreadful. The bathroom looked untouched for at least 50 years, and taking a shower was barely possible. All the other hotels were sold out, so we had no choice, but this was worse than a one-star place like Formula 1 or Premiere Classe. It’s overpriced, and I really don’t recommend it. The edelweiss next door looked much better.

The bedrooms were comfortable, and both breakfast and dinner were good. Staff were friendly, helpful, and always smiling.
