Parking beside the B&B could be tricky, though we managed to find a space each time 😄. The welcome was warm, and the host was friendly. Our bedroom was lovely, clean and tidy, with good bedding, plenty of space for three, and everything we needed. Breakfast was fabulous, with homemade bread, scones, cakes and jam, plus croissants, fruit salad and good coffee. The room also looked better in person than it did in the pictures.
Caux is a magnificent place to stay, and Corinne's guesthouse is a charming stop in this lovely village, one of the prettiest in the region. The traditional home was beautifully presented and our accommodation delighted us. Corinne was a flawless hostess, and when an unexpected emergency came up, her genuine concern made us feel even more at home. Très bien!
I'd give this place six stars if I could.
We hadn't expected to be so delighted. The house has so much charm and character, and the owner greeted us with incredible warmth. Breakfast was five-star, absolutely amazing.
La Maison de Rose was our home for a week, and Corinne made us feel very well looked after. She was lovely and attentive, happy to help with anything from olive oil to tourist information ;). The cottage was warm despite the chilly spring weather, with quality amenities and a superb location. Its decor made it feel like a charming boudoir. I highly recommend La Maison de Rose.
