Loana went out of her way to make the stay memorable. I really appreciated the late checkout, thank you! The bartenders were incredible too, especially with their creative cocktails. The restaurant waitress was sweet and friendly, though I didn't get her name.

A huge disappointment. The place feels old, and the staff didn't make any effort to help. The restaurants were awful and the bar was a joke. I can't think of a single good thing. Just avoid this hotel, maybe the new ibis downtown is a better choice.

The rooms were clean and well equipped for a comfortable stay. The only English-language TV option was CNN. I think there should be at least one US movie channel and a network like NBC.

It was comfortable and really nice inside, but the location wasn't near the bus routes or much to do, which took away from the stay. The main drawback was the cost, though everything in the country seemed overpriced.

I visited Royal amazonia in Cayenne, French Guiana, in February 2017 and enjoyed it a lot. The hotel has breakfast, lunch, and dinner available, and there's also a green park and swimming to enjoy if you want.
