Cerbère makes a lovely base if you want a coastal town that isn't too touristy. There are a few good restaurants, nice walks nearby, and the train is just a five-minute walk away. We went to Portbou, then continued to Figueres for the Dali museum. After getting back, it was lovely to cool off in the pool and unwind on the nicely decorated terrace. We stayed three nights at Le Ribéral Hôtel and were glad we did. Our room, Port-Vendres, had a little terrace facing the street, where passers-by greeted us warmly. Everything was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. I'd definitely recommend Le Ribéral if you're after a nice boutique hotel.

The pool was a real highlight, and getting around was easy: the sea is across a quiet street, a convenience store is close by, and the station isn't far. We took the train to Collioure and Argelès-sur-Mer, and I didn't hear any train noise during our stay. The rooms felt new, clean and cozy, with air conditioning and fast wifi. Staff were so friendly that it was easy to feel at home. Fresh breakfast is served daily, and you're also welcome to bring food and keep it in the hotel refrigerator. I'll remember this wonderful hotel for years, and wholeheartedly recommend it.

Only a few steps from the center and beach, and the place was quiet. It's a small, cozy hotel, with nice clean rooms that felt homey. The guest service was hospitable and helpful, and I came away pleasantly impressed.

Right in the heart of Cerbère, this small renovated hotel has a pool and a great spot near the sea and restaurants. It was very quiet too. The shower wasn't quite clean enough for me, especially in the corners. Apart from that, very good.

A warm welcome, and it was handy having amenities to make a small dinner. The little hotel is charming, with a tastefully decorated, very clean room, comfortable bedding, and a lovely outdoor space. I highly recommend it.
