The air conditioning never worked, and nothing was done to repair it after I complained twice. The windows had no screens to keep bugs out, and there was no way to separate the two beds. I also couldn't switch the TV to English captions. The room attendant smelled so strongly while cleaning that I started cleaning the room myself. She left the toilet seat detached from its base, which could have caused me serious harm.

A pleasant hotel with friendly staff. I’d recommend it. Much better than the other B&B in this area.

For a one-night business trip, this worked perfectly. The room was clean and there was plenty to choose from at breakfast. Food trays left scattered along the hallway were the one thing I didn’t like, but I could get past them, so it didn’t end up affecting my stay. :)

It’s a good-value choice for a sports weekend, right across from the ice arena. The reception guys were friendly and welcoming on the days before we left, but the woman at the desk on departure day was quite rude. Check-out was officially until 12:00, yet our room door was locked before 11:30. We had to ask for a temporary access code to get our things, and she seemed very annoyed by that.

An okay place if you're in the area for work. Breakfast could be better for what it costs.
