Casa Petre e Fiori

We stayed two nights, and although the lodge is in a great location, the experience left us disappointed. The rooms are nicely decorated, but there’s nowhere to hang clothes, so unpacking is awkward. There was no shower gel, shampoo, or hairdryer, and the air conditioning didn’t work. We were lucky it was early in the season and not too hot. When we arrived, we were told the pool couldn’t be used because of an incident. We were told we could still use the sun loungers, but that area wasn’t ready for guests at all. Our late check-in was handled flexibly, the one positive service we received. Afterward, we sent the owner a message with constructive feedback about what was missing and asked if they could help. The reply was extremely unfriendly, and they didn’t do anything about our request. It’s a pity to see such poor hospitality in a nice neighborhood. We don’t recommend the place because of the attitude.

Mélanie and her family were welcoming and available whenever we needed them. We stayed three days in the suite for four, with tasteful decor and excellent bedding. Breakfast was superb, with fresh eggs, homemade jams, pastries, and more. We ate on the terrace with a view of the sea and mountains.

The breakfast was generous and included locally grown produce, and the place itself is charming and peaceful. Our room was very well equipped, and everything was impeccably clean. Mr. and Mrs. Albertini gave us a wonderful welcome, and we had an excellent stay. I highly recommend it, and we’ll definitely come back.

From the terrace, you can take in a gorgeous view of the sea or the maquis. The location is ideal, and our host welcomed us with real kindness and hospitality. I recommend it without hesitation!
