Even though we arrived late, the staff still looked after us really well. My son accidentally left a toy in the room, and they got it back to us quickly without asking questions or charging anything. Good hotel, with really friendly, helpful people. Merci Bien!

I like how straightforward the hotel is. You get your room key and then they leave you in peace, which suits me. If you want to be waited on, this probably isn't the place for you.

The people working here were so friendly and accommodating, which is what made the place for me. The hotel itself is simple, the rooms are clean, and the restaurant is very nice. The food was great and pretty cheap.

We'd broken down and needed somewhere that would take our dogs, and the friendly, helpful staff made the week we spent waiting for repairs less stressful. There's a lovely walk down to Ceyrat, too.

It was cold the whole time. There was no hot water, the heater didn't work, and they didn't have Wi-Fi.
