The quiet surroundings made it easy to properly unwind, with mountains and lakes all around. The farmhouse is really cute, and the wood throughout gives it a warm feel. It’s simple inside, but that suits the atmosphere of the place. Christine was very sweet and did what she could to help us find our way and feel welcome.

Breakfast was fine. We were also told off for leaving lights on, even though we’d turned everything off before bed. When we arrived with my two grandsons, the welcome felt very unfriendly. We did show up at noon and interrupted the hosts’ lunch without having asked for an early check-in, so we went to have lunch by the lake as planned.

The room and bathroom were spacious, and we felt right at home. Everything was spotless, and breakfast was excellent, generous, and plentiful. Christine and her partner Marco welcomed us so warmly and kindly, and Marco was very pleasant too. We had a wonderful stay at the Chambre d'hôtes des Deux Lacs. Thanks again to Christine and Marco. We’d gladly come back next time we’re in the area, and highly recommend the place.

There are lots of hiking options nearby, and the owners were happy to share tips for enjoying the area. They were welcoming and friendly. The B&B is in a beautiful, peaceful spot by a small lake, where you can swim if you ask. There’s a nice green area in front of the house for eating or sunbathing. You can cook for yourself, and breakfast was more than adequate. A really excellent B&B.
