Gite La Cle Des Champs

The children loved the pool, while we relaxed on one of the many loungers. The bathroom was excellent, and dinner was only a few minutes’ drive away. We had booked a family room for our trip south, conveniently just off the Route du Soleil. It had three single beds upstairs and a double downstairs, and parking the caravan was easy. Breakfast in the garden the next morning was delicious and very relaxing, with lovely croissants and rolls, homemade treats, yogurts, and jams. Our friendly hosts were hospitable and spoke limited English, while we spoke limited French, but we managed fine. Maybe we’ll come back one day.

We came back from a good hike and could unwind in the jacuzzi and cool off in the pool. The breakfasts and dinners were worthy of a great chef, and our hosts were attentive. A beautiful, quiet property with top-notch services and a very warm welcome. I highly recommend the stay, we left full of happy memories.

The Zen room was a lovely place to unwind, with the saltwater pool and spa adding to the appeal. Franck and Olivier welcomed us warmly for our two nights and were exceptionally hospitable. They notice the small details and tailor their cooking accordingly. Breakfast had a huge range of pastries, jams, cakes, dairy products, dried fruit, and drinks. Be sure to reserve dinner, it was delicious and entirely homemade. We wish them all the best.

We had a peaceful night in this welcoming house among sunflower fields, a great stop on the way to our holiday destination. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The welcome was kind and reassuring, and breakfast was hearty, with lots of homemade and local food. Thank you.
