Les Charlotières

We stayed in the first of the two Gites, with parking beside the building on the property. After long rides, the swimming pool was a refreshing treat, and the large garden was full of birds. Bring insect repellent for evenings, as you would around the Loire valley. We brought our bicycles and found nice bike trails nearby, with lots of Châteaus. The hosts were very nice, and the place was excellent. The kitchen was well equipped, and the Nespresso machine made good coffee. Each morning we had fresh baquette, a thick slice of ham, and excellent croissants. The Boulanger and butcher are just around the corner, and the supermarket is across the street. Wifi was available, though I ran into a Google storage problem that took me a while to sort out, so the wifi could be improved.
