The bar incident spoiled our visit, which otherwise would have been OK. We went to the bar at 18:45, hoping to have a drink, but a rude lady who clearly saw herself as a manager told us to leave The Brasserie and wait in reception until 19:00. She treated us like naughty schoolchildren. We understand having to wait for dinner service, but we only wanted a drink. One small act of kindness would have been enough. Should rules dilute the customer experience? She recognized us at breakfast and was just as rude. We’ve travelled internationally for many decades and have never felt so humiliated. We’re happy travellers and have never written a review like this before. It’s a nice hotel, and the parking is good. Such a shame.

The staff are great, and it’s very convenient, quite clean, and has a great breakfast. I like coming back here. You can book by phone for the same price as through booking. Breakfast can get crowded when there’s a specific event in the city, so it’s better to reserve a table the night before. There’s parking with a charger for electric cars, but one of the plugs doesn’t work well. Reception is open 24 hours.

The location is excellent for walking around or driving out to explore the beautiful places nearby. Rooms are a decent size and clean, the price is reasonable, and there’s a good restaurant in the lobby. The lobby staff were helpful, and Theo is a real Gem of a person who always goes out of his way to help hotel guests. Absolutely loved the Hotel. Great hospitality. Mercii Becoupe

The room’s toilet wouldn’t flush, and the hotel neither fixed it nor offered a solution. We received no help, compensation, or even basic concern. A working toilet is essential, and management’s decision to ignore the problem was unacceptable. Good service matters most when something goes wrong, and sadly they failed completely. We were four people in a family room. The hotel itself was nice, the meals were good, and the staff were polite, but this issue overshadowed what would otherwise have been a pleasant stay.

We’ve stayed here several times and have always had excellent service. It’s spotlessly clean, the secure parking is fantastic, and there’s a great choice of food at breakfast. Thank you.
