The setting was very quiet, and our room had nice exposed stone walls. The double bed was a bit narrow. Breakfast came in a basket left at the entrance, which was a fun touch, and it was worth the modest price. It was decent overall, though the room felt a little expensive for the location and what was provided.

We never really saw the hosts, and even the tourist tax was left for us to pay in change on the table. The welcome was poor, and the food was a letdown. When we arrived, nobody was there and we hadn't been told they would be away. We waited half an hour before hearing from them. We'd paid an extra €50 for the three-course dinner, but got green salad, chicken with rice and barely cooked carrots, then fromage blanc with jam. It wasn't bad, just nowhere near worth the extra cost. Breakfast wasn't much better, with orange juice that seemed watered down and poor-quality butter. We were disappointed with our stay at Mas la Tabatière.

It felt like a real change of scenery for us, coming from near Sète in the Hérault region. We had a lovely weekend at this gîte, and will come back if we get the chance. The room was clean and well-equipped, with parking available. Breakfast arrived at our door at the time we chose, and the homemade jam was delicious. The host was very kind, and the little cat was adorable. Thanks again! 🫶

We rented a room for one night on February 7th, and came away very disappointed. It was freezing and couldn't be heated properly. The bathroom was icy and unusable, with nowhere near enough heat for a winter rental. It ruined our weekend.

The room had a lovely, inviting feel, and the owners were genuinely sweet. We were welcomed warmly, enjoyed a delicious meal and got a very generous breakfast. Thanks for being so kind.
