I stayed three nights and found the staff amazing, friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was very good too. Merci!

Rubbish! I collected my key after hours, then got locked out of my room when I took my dog for a walk. No one answered my call, so I had to sleep in the car. I got no help, redress, refund or even acknowledgement of that hellish non-stay. Go somewhere else. I'd give it no stars, but I was obliged to leave a mark.

It's like a Formula 1 hotel: clean, tidy, nothing fancy, convenient and good value for the price. The rooms were clean. But the staff were blatantly rude and unhelpful, which cost it two stars. I went into a hallway to ask about the wifi, not knowing it was a no-entry area. She shooed me out, almost physically removing me, put her hand in my face a couple of times and wouldn't help me book a taxi for the next morning. No smiles. Staff can really make or break a place.

For a short stay, this was ideal: clean, comfortable and with good service. The email communication was excellent, so I had no worries. Breakfast was a bit basic but acceptable. There's good parking and an easy walk to the shops, bars and restaurants, so once you park, you don't need the car until you leave. Great value. I'll use Mr Bed again.
