Zero stars. Happy Rental, the agency managing this apartment, has been completely dishonest with me. They charged 30% as soon as I booked. I cancelled within the period when there should have been no fees, but more than a year and a half later I'm still trying to get that 30% back. They took it from my account without any right. Avoid Happy Rental as much as you can. They're the worst I've dealt with, and I'll definitely steer clear of them.
The apartment made our family stay in Chamonix really enjoyable. It was lovely and had everything a family could need, with very good equipment. David was polite and easy to communicate with. Thanks to him and everyone who helped with the stay. I'd definitely recommend this apartment in Chamonix.
It was good.
We got a bit lost trying to find the place, even though once there we appreciated how close it was to the main street and everything else. The Wi-Fi was unusably slow. Still, the room was spotless and comfortable, and after our family stay at the end of August it really felt like home. Aside from those issues, we had a great time. Thank you.
Nothing that really stood out for me. The apartment felt old and wasn't looked after very well.
