The rest of the house was good, but the problems made the stay a bad experience. The downstairs shower was blocked and flooded while I was using it. The main bathroom bath never worked, and the blind in the second bath stayed closed, so we couldn't enjoy the view from there. The Jacuzzi kept malfunctioning and leaked water everywhere. We paid 8.800 pounds for one week, and the company that runs the chalet refunded nothing. Stay far away, they are cowboys in Chamonix.

The room was comfortable, and the spa had everything we needed. We also appreciated the attentive service, while the lovely location and astonishing views made every day special. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend it.

The views are beautiful, and the chalet itself is lovely. It's one of the best chalets I've stayed in, and I can't recommend it enough.
