The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, and parking was included. Downtown Chamonix was a lovely short walk away. Our room had a large, comfortable bed, a converter plug we could use and a shower. The toilets were shared, but there were two, so it wasn't an issue. The included breakfast was delicious, the living room was genuinely cozy, and there was a patio outside. The place has a charming style, and there's also a hot tub, though we didn't get around to using it. Staying at Chalet Les Pelerins was a joy, and I have only positive things to say. I'd highly recommend it.

It may look a bit basic at first, but we ended up finding it really good. Think of it as a youth hostel for grown-ups. There's a sociable lounge and dining room, plus a kitchenette and shared bathrooms, and the beds are comfortable. It's generally quiet, aside from the occasional daytime helicopter ambulance nearby. The owners and staff are friendly and helpful, and breakfast is a spot-on continental one. 😀

We had a fantastic stay. The owners were so welcoming and attentive, and the chalet is lovely and well equipped. It's just a ten-minute walk to the center of Chamonix. There's a jacuzzi in the garden too, a perfect place to unwind with a stunning view of the Aiguille du Midi.
