The location is good, but the house wasn’t worth the price. It’s an old wooden place with just four double bedrooms as advertised space; the other beds are in open areas. On arrival it smelled bad and was dirty, and the space they call “the studio” was very humid. We arrived on Sunday to find no toilet paper or bed sheets. There were no cleaning products either, even though guests are expected to wash all the dishes and cutlery they use. The washing machine area was cluttered and very dirty. We were told it’s cleaned only twice a year. There are hidden spaces in the house that could be dangerous for children. There’s also a separate garden house with its door open, abandoned and not maintained.

It’s a rustic house in a quiet spot, with two bus stops nearby, but the upkeep and cleaning need a lot of work. Dust covered all the baseboards. There are hidden “zulos” rooms full of broken things and dirt; if they aren’t in use, the least they could do is keep them shut. There’s another filthy little house in the garden, and the washing machine room is in a pitiful state. They said they clean it only twice a year. There was no toilet paper. After we complained, they gave us just two rolls for ten people for a week. The house has only four actual rooms, with the rest of the sleeping places being sofa beds in corridors. The beds have small baseboards attached with two screws, so if one fails, the bed has to be taken apart. The lock on the bathroom door by the entrance is nearly falling off. With better maintenance and especially cleaning, this could be an excellent house.
