The staff made my first trip to France feel easy, even though I don’t speak French. They were friendly and helpful, and let me check in early because of when I arrived. My room was clean and suited my needs, with a comfortable bed, and I enjoyed the food too. The hotel is handy for skiing and the city centre, with a bus and train stop right across the street. I’m so glad I booked here and hope to return.

We’ve stayed here many times and will be back. Dinner and breakfast have plenty of variety and are delicious. It’s a friendly, comfortable base for skiing in Chamonix, with a good ski room for drying boots overnight. The ski bus and train stop right outside, making it easy to get to all the ski areas.

The location made it easy to head either way along the valley, and the staff were lovely. We ate really well, too. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay, and we’ll be back.

We had a delicious meal every night, and the staff were helpful, courteous, and caring. The hotel’s superb location and welcoming service helped us make the most of our Chamonix mountain experience. A really fantastic place to stay.

We could walk to downtown Chamonix, which was especially handy during peak season when finding parking was impossible at certain hours. The service was outstanding, and the food was good. The view from our room, 208, was incredible.
