I’m still waiting for my money back, and until it’s returned I’d tell anyone considering this place to book somewhere else for peace of mind. There are plenty of other nice places in Cham where you can stay without this hassle. I was charged 1000 euros for three glasses that broke in their dishwasher, and I feel I was scammed. Avoid it at all costs. In response to the owner: this is one of the apartments in your building that’s being run as a scam, 123 owned by Bruno, I believe, though there may be others. Why take the risk? Maybe go knock on his door and talk some sense into him. I’ll be there next time to do just that.

The shared area is poorly equipped, and the gym and sauna were dirty and smelled bad. Between apartments, the sound insulation is awful. The pots and pans are also very worn out.

The spa and sauna area was filthy and smelled bad, and there were no free weights in the gym. Sound carried terribly between the apartments too.

The pool and the billiards and table football were great, and there’s a lovely fireplace by the entrance. The views are superb. Incredible place, five stars.
