Booking handled the cancellation and its agents were kind enough to understand my situation, so there was no cancellation fee. I don’t care how it was processed, so don’t email me saying the policy wasn’t followed. You left me and a minor on the street, sleeping in the car all night. Does that seem humane? I hope it happens to one of you. I’ve stayed in many apartments, and they’ve always answered when I called. You didn’t answer my messages or calls. You clearly don’t care about your guests. I’ve seen all those “wonderful” reviews, but the apartment was dirty and smelled horrible, and the location was poorly explained. If you can’t look after your apartment, don’t list it on Booking. And now you won’t even refund me for a place where I couldn’t spend the night in normal conditions. To top it off, the account is registered to a donation association so you don’t have to pay taxes to the state. You should close it if you’re going to treat people this way, and return my money instead of scamming them. If you consider this message a threat, I’m telling the truth, and this will appear in your hotel comments. I’m leaving this here so everyone can see that the apartment won’t answer you.
