The setting is beautiful and the photos are accurate. We knew when booking that the place and its furnishings were dated, so that wasn’t an issue for us. The cleanliness was another matter: the accommodation was filthy, with dead insects throughout, a toilet sink that leaked, and a shower room with a bidet that smelled of urine. The refrigerator heated things instead of cooling them. After complaining to Interhome, the landlord, we left a day early. Interhome didn’t take our complaint seriously or do anything about it. That was a very disappointing experience, and we won’t use them again. The service was poor and didn’t feel customer-focused.
