The food was a real highlight, with delicious breakfast and dinner. The only small catch is that the main restaurant closes on Sundays and Mondays. The pizza available then was excellent, but having it as the sole choice for two nights in a row may not work for everyone. Apart from that, we had a perfect stay at this well-kept hotel in Chamonix. Everything was in great shape, and the staff were welcoming and very helpful. It’s especially good for kids. Ours loved the heated pool, which was just right even in cold weather, the outdoor snow areas, and the kids adventure room. Ski areas are nearby and you can rent ski equipment there. Parking is very large and free.

From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel at home and paid attention to every detail. It’s a beautiful hotel not far from Les Houches ski station. The breakfast, bar, and spa together made for a really special Chamonix experience.

There aren’t many choices for lunch or dinner, though breakfast is good. The location isn’t great, but there is a transfer option. It’s a nice hotel for a stay with kids.

Big Sky Hotel & Spa was a luxurious place to stay, with comfortable rooms and a grand lobby. Willem at reception gave especially outstanding service, and the service overall was exceptional. The room was clean and nicely designed, with clean linens, a very comfortable bed, and plenty of space. It had a modern, pleasant bathroom, bedside night lights, an electric kettle, excellent WiFi, and an elevator. There’s step-free access on the ground floor. The hotel is in an excellent central location, with free parking and a spa. There was no free breakfast, the double bed was small, and the room had very few electrical outlets.
