I’m extremely disappointed. The pictures were fake, and they haven’t returned the €300 deposit. The beds were just inflatable ones. Never go there, it’s a false company. Stay away!

The view and balcony were lovely, and there’s a pool too. It’s well located for Chamonix, and the place was clean and everything else worked fine. The information before arrival and instructions for returning the key were excellent. The hotplate was the one problem: pans took ages to warm up, and boiling water wasn’t possible. Still, for peak season, it was worth the price.

It’s peaceful among the trees, with snow covered mountains all around. The chalets have everything you need, and I slept really well in the bunk bed. Customer service was easy to reach and always helpful.

We found the house welcoming, beautiful, clean, and tidy. Having the toilet in a different room from the sink and shower was inconvenient, though. Maybe that’s just how homes are laid out in this area.

The shared pool and communal areas were kept in very good shape. This is an apartment complex with quite a few units, and ours, E1, had a great view. The apartment was clean and functional, though its style felt dated, especially in the kitchen. Happyhollidayhomes has an office and handles the management.
