The bus stops made getting around really easy. The no. 2 stops right outside and goes to Les Bossons, Chamonix and Le Tour. The no. 1 is a short walk away on Route des Gaillands, with connections to Les Houches, Chamonix and Les Praz. We also loved being beside Pèlerins train station, since the free train made exploring the Chamonix Valley a breeze. The Sun Valley apartment was comfortable and well equipped, and in a great spot for exploring. The rooms are small, but comfortable for two people. I’ve added photos showing the view from the balcony. Highly recommend it for a Chamonix visit!

Getting to the ski fields by bus was easy, and the home was very neat and well appointed. I just wish the information they sent had been in another language as well as French. That included the avalanche warnings and instructions for using the home. Some basic details about supermarkets and bus timetables would have helped too.
