The place is quite far from everything, with little nearby, and I wouldn't return. The pool was open, but the water was green and there were leaves in it. We did get a friendly welcome and had the whole property to ourselves, though it looks like it could use a good makeover. Our bed was worn and not the best, but we slept well. Breakfast was average. The coffee was fine, while the stale bread, apparently reheated from a few days earlier, was so hard it was inedible. We had booked a one-night stay with a Bongo voucher about six months ahead. When we arrived, they couldn't find the reservation, but since every room was available, we could choose one. The welcome cocktail we'd expected was replaced by fruit juice, which I can understand given the mix-up.

Séverine and Patrick looked after us incredibly well. The chateau is beautiful, with lovely gardens, and there was a very cute dog too. Such amazing hosts.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well equipped. It's a really lovely place to stay, with stunning grounds around the chateau. Severine and Patrick were great hosts and had plenty of helpful local knowledge and advice.

The house and its extensive gardens are gorgeous, with countryside views, a courtyard, and a pool. What a spectacular place. I can't recommend it highly enough, there was nothing to fault.
