The three-room apartment had plenty of space, but it felt worn and the cleaning was uneven. There were cobwebs in a few spots and the terrace windows hadn't been cleaned. Parking was good, and the saunas were spacious enough, though the pool got very crowded. We booked through Sunweb, and the high-season price felt steep for what we got. The ski lockers also had no boot dryers. Poor value at that time of year 🥲.
We still love coming here, even on our fifth visit. The village is peaceful and the views are stunning. The manager's behavior this year was inappropriate, though, and the flats could use more comfortable, updated furniture.
The apartment was nicely equipped, though the WiFi signal in it was absent or very weak. It seems better suited to skiing than snowboarding. Just be ready for parking and taxes to be charged at checkout, lol.
We had a wonderful stay, and the team was fantastic. Alexandra was especially welcoming and kind, so many thanks to her. We’ll definitely come back.
The room views are beautiful, and I liked the hotel's interesting architecture. The staff are friendly too. I'd recommend staying here.
