The rooms are roomy and have everything you might need, and the location facing Mont Saint-Michel is superb. Breakfast is served across the street at the restaurant for €9 per person. It was a generous serving, made with fresh products, and the welcome there was very friendly. A great base for staying in the area.

The location is good, and the price is admittedly low, but the room needs a refresh. It's dated, with a dirty shower, black grout, mold on the ceiling, and holes in the wall.

The setting is magnificent, with a lovely view of Mont Saint-Michel, and the service was impeccable. The employee was welcoming, quick to help, and knew the area well. Breakfast was very good too, served at the table in a very professional way. There are also plenty of very affordable restaurants in Jullouville, about a 15-minute drive away. The room needs work. The kitschy, outdated style is almost amusing, but the mattress was particularly uncomfortable and I didn't get a restful night's sleep. It should be replaced soon. The curtains let in too much light in the morning, and the carpeted wallpaper should be changed, especially because of the dust allergy risk. The bathroom was a little small, though I got used to it quickly. I'm giving it 3 out of 5 despite those problems because the setting and service are excellent. I'd advise the owners to put money into the rooms so they match the setting and the quality of service, both of which richly deserve it.
