The room was small, but cosy and very well looked after. We had a very pleasant stay, with good service and a good breakfast.

The owner was lovely and tried to help with requests, including letting us drop our luggage early and arranging taxi services. The restaurant was pretty ok too, and I'd suggest having breakfast there. But the place is dated. The living area felt messy and unpleasant, and our room was horrible. The bathroom didn't have a proper door separating it from the room, and there was no hot water in the shower. The owner said everyone showers at the same time and there isn't enough hot water. The bed was old and uncomfortable, the old pillow they gave us was extremely uncomfortable, and we could hear everything the neighbours did or even said. I think the place, or maybe just our room, needs a deep renovation.

A really excellent place!

The rooms are clean, the food is excellent, and there's a lovely wine list. Half-board is fantastic value for a ski holiday. It's a family-run inn recently taken over by a friendly, professional young couple, and they gave us a very warm welcome. Highly recommended!

We chose half-board for the whole week because the breakfasts and dinners were so delicious. My husband and I had an exceptional week at L'Auberge du Virage. Antoine and Noémie made us feel so welcome. They're warm and funny, incredibly efficient, and still easygoing. We'll definitely be back to this magical place!
