My first time trying the sport, so I went in to rent a snowboard and asked if I could rent clothes too. The guy in the shop was very rude when answering my questions. A horrible experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this place. There are plenty of better shops, so don’t go here.

They even let us leave our backpacks in the shop and gave us a map of the ski routes. When we emailed, they got back to us quickly, and they helped us put on the equipment too. Really friendly, open people. I recommend them a lot.

We arrived late in the evening, but they still kindly got us kitted out. The prices were really attractive for good equipment, and everyone was friendly and helpful throughout. When I wanted to switch from snowboarding to skiing, they changed my equipment, and they're available if anything goes wrong with the gear, ready to replace it straight away. 100% recommend!
