Dinner was a highlight every evening, with thoughtful menus made from local ingredients. The owners are lovely, and the hotel feels cozy, with a big pool and a pretty view across the landscape. We’d happily recommend it.

Nadine and Didier, along with the staff, made us feel very welcome. The meals were superb, and Didier is a top chef. The pool was great too, though 36 degrees was a bit hot. We had a really enjoyable stay. Thanks!

That moonrise from the terrace over the Ardèche mountains was breathtaking. I was lucky enough to see it, and I’ll remember it for a long time. The food was another real pleasure, with every dish feeling like a culinary discovery, worthy of the best French restaurants. Sylvie and Pierre are warm, exceptional hosts, and talking with them was a joy. Thank you for all the thoughtful touches. I’d love to come back.

Good food, a southern accent, and a smile are all part of the welcome here. Sylvie and Pierre make the Ardèche stay feel relaxed and convivial. Food lovers will enjoy Freddy Hocq's Michelin-starred cooking, with dishes that are beautifully balanced and precise. If you love life, don’t wait.

Sylvie and Pierre and their staff made this place feel like home. They’re wonderful people, and nothing seems too much trouble. The hotel is beautifully situated, the pool is fantastic, and the food and drinks are top-notch. Once you’ve settled in, you won’t want to leave. We’ll definitely be back.
