A great stop on the way down to Spain, with good value for money and just five minutes off the motorway. The rooms were bright, and there’s secure parking onsite.

The reception staff were courteous and helpful, and breakfast was good. Everything was just right, from the clean room to the air conditioning.

The hotel itself was acceptable, but housekeeping was intrusive and unfriendly. They knocked on my door repeatedly and, even though it was locked, came into the room and disturbed my sleep. I stayed here in November 2024. One night the fire alarm went off and the whole hotel had to be evacuated. I had to book another hotel at short notice and pay significant extra costs. The manager promised to reimburse me, and I emailed all the required receipts. By mid-February 2025 I still hadn't been paid, and since late December 2024 the hotel has ignored my messages completely. That lack of communication is highly unprofessional and unfriendly to customers. Based on this experience, especially the silence from the hotel, I strongly advise against staying here.

The room was super small and cramped, but oh well, it's Ibis. The staff's communication was really poor. When I called to extend my booking, they added the extra night on the wrong date, so there was no booking when I arrived. They charged me 100€ for the extra night even though we'd discussed 60€, then later found my booking. They'd also said we could check out in the morning and move to a bigger, better room. I packed everything and went to reception, but the person there said that wasn't true because no larger rooms were available.
