David gave us great suggestions for places in the area that we wouldn’t have thought of visiting, and there are two excellent restaurants within easy walking distance, though you should book. Our room, the white room, looked onto the courtyard and was delightful. The chateau has so much charm and character, and it’s a handy base for exploring the region. Jeanette and David made their home feel like ours. Each morning brought a different freshly cooked or baked dish alongside all the other excellent breakfast items, and they can also make delicious tapas in the evening if you fancy staying in. Jeanette bakes in the morning, so you wake up to wonderful smells coming from the kitchen. She and David are such thoughtful hosts, and the antiques mixed with modern decor are lovely. The terrace views are gorgeous, too. My husband and I have stayed at Le Petit Chateau several times, and we wouldn’t choose anywhere else in the Luberon area.

I stayed for nine days at this lovely chateau in the heart of Provence. The terrace has a great view across the region, and the little pool was perfect after a day out exploring. My room had a beautiful view of the Provence mountains and petite Luberon. It was private, and the bed was comfortable. David and his wife were very warm hosts and made me feel at home. I can’t recommend the place enough.

A real little castle, with wonderful views of the Luberon and Les Alpilles. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and elegant, and the homemade breakfast was delicious. We also got to try some lovely wines at the bar inside the chateau. The hosts were caring, friendly, and professional. It’s ideally placed for exploring Avignon and the Luberon area. A real gem.

David and Jeannette were so friendly and helpful, with plenty of suggestions for restaurants and things to do. The chateau is stunning, and the rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated. Starting the day with breakfast on the terrace was picture-perfect. There really aren’t enough words for how wonderful this place is. I can’t recommend it enough.
