Domitys Le Parc Balsan

The events on offer are varied and appealing, and the apartments are practical and well equipped. The building has beautiful, spacious, bright architecture, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Bright and clean, with balanced, varied meals and activities every day. The welcome was warm, and both the inside and outside are very well maintained. It’s a high-quality place to welcome seniors.

The manager is respectful and always on the move. He even steps in as a waiter for afternoon tea 🤣. The reception and restaurant staff are very kind and respectful too. The establishment is clean, and I’d recommend it for seniors.

I volunteered at Domitys in Châteauroux, running activities for residents, and the place really surprised me. It’s modern, bright, beautiful, and welcoming, nothing like the usual image of a senior living residence. Both staff and residents were exceptionally welcoming, open, and kind. I really enjoyed the visit and hope to do it again.
