The hotel is clean and modern, with an elevator and air conditioning in the rooms, and it's nice that pets are welcome. Its location is perfect, in a beautiful historic building with a well-kept exterior. Parking is nearby and within walking distance, and there are plenty of places to eat and shop in the historic city centre. We hadn't been told about the street construction just outside, which was hazardous and annoying. There was nobody at the front desk, and it took 10 minutes to get someone's attention so we could check out. The shower is tiny, and you have to squeeze sideways through its doors. We got just two towels for two people, and there was no shampoo or hair conditioner.

A comfortable bed and a good room made this an excellent one-night stopover. Parking across the road was easy.

Nothing spectacular. The hotel owner was flexible, and the hotel is near the city centre, though the rooms are small.

We stayed for two nights and got a very warm welcome from the owner and the employee. The room was very clean, and the large-screen TV was a welcome change from the tiny ones in most hotels. Breakfast was satisfying, with organic products, homemade jams, delicious yogurts from a local producer, and excellent fruit juices. I recommend this hotel. Julianne, Jean Marc.
