Parking costs extra, and we had to ask for a plug for the bathtub. We were disappointed by how things were handled: nobody explained the hotel's facilities when we arrived, though the next day we watched an older couple get a full tour. We had booked before checking the details and thought there might be a pool or some way to relax. The restaurant was closed when we wanted coffee. As younger guests, we felt everyone should be treated equally, not just people who look wealthy. We had a similar experience at a restaurant in riom, so I wouldn't recommend stopping there.

I especially liked the hammam, and staying at the hotel gets you a discount on the thermal spa. The price seems fair for what's included. The rooms are spacious and set up like little apartments, with a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, and dishwasher. It's a very nice, modern spa hotel.

The room was very clean, and the spa staff were warm and friendly. The massages were excellent, as was the restaurant food, though the restaurant seemed understaffed. My two-star rating is because of the Aquagym and AquaBike sessions. We were already in the pool when they began, and the instructor hadn't said anything about registration. Afterwards, she ran after us to say we needed to sign up, and the hotel charged us for both activities. We had bought a thalasseo pack with accommodation.

The parking was great and free, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The spa is lovely, with lots of water treatments to choose from. A comfortable hotel.
