Appartement Le Balcon des Alpes

You get a lovely view over the valley from this residence. It’s in a quiet spot, but still within reasonable distance of the village center. Each apartment comes with parking and a ski locker, and guests can use the washing machine and dryer for free. The apartments are well equipped.

The service and welcome have always been excellent. We’ve rented these apartments in both summer and winter for several years, and they have everything we need. When our children were younger, we especially liked having space around the residence for them to run and play.

Every year we feel like we need to come back. We’re comfortable here, almost as if we were at home, and Châtel and the peaceful scenery around it never lose their appeal. The chalet has improved over the years, and the apartments are still spotless and equipped with guests’ comfort in mind. We’ve had years of happy family memories here with our children, who’ve grown up but still want to return to Châtel, au balcon des alpes. The owners, the whole Hauteville family, are incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive to their tenants. Châtel really lifts your spirits, it’s a haven of peace.

Châtel is a lovely place, and the apartment is pleasant too. Having the shuttle stop nearby is handy, since we didn’t need the car during the week.
