The chalet is in a quiet area, close to the city center, market, and restaurants. We found it clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished, with several places to relax. Breakfast was varied and had something for every need. My wife and I spent a week at the Carnauba chalet, where Samantha and Matthew looked after us and offered helpful advice. They were very kind owners. The room was fantastic, and the shower's heat control stayed steady, which was lovely. A wonderful experience, highly recommended. Thanks again.

The chalet was spotless, and our rooms were spacious and comfortable. It's in a picturesque setting, just a short way from the shops and restaurants. Breakfast was amazing, and Samantha and Matt's hospitality made us feel very welcome, like we were at home. They also went out of their way to make the stay enjoyable and gave us helpful advice on places to visit nearby. Thank you all very much, from the Howes family xx

Sam and Matt are sociable and attentive, while giving you room to yourself. They understand what skiers need, and their drop-off and pick-up arrangements were flexible and punctual, which more than made up for being a little outside the town center. From the booking arrangements right through to departure, the whole stay exceeded expectations. Sam and Matt present their beautiful chalet and delicious food so well. Top marks!

Samantha, Matthew, and Paisley 😉 gave us a warm welcome. They were friendly, helpful, and quick to respond, perfect hosts. The chalet is beautifully built and decorated, warm and inviting, with a magnificent valley view. It's only a few hundred meters from the village, so everything is within walking distance, while the place itself stays away from the holiday crowds.
