We’ve stayed here several times over the years, including 2018 and 2019, and as far back as 2008. We’ve booked again for Jan 2022. It’s a great-value hotel in a good location, with very friendly people, a good breakfast, and a reasonably priced bar, one of the cheapest in Chatel. We always stay four nights and ski for three days, which works perfectly here. Portes du Soleil offers a huge skiing area. I’d recommend it.
